We're happy to have you! Here is a quick guide to help you get started.

Registration

In order to begin, you'll need a Registration Code. This Registration Code is provided by the school. Once you have it, enter it here and click Begin Registration. From there, follow the step-by-step instructions to create an account.


Menus

Menus are created by the caterers and are typically published on the 15th of each month, though this can vary from caterer to caterer. Once logged in, you may view the current menu by clicking Order at the top of the page.


Ordering

Meals can be purchased on the Order page by clicking the days you'd like to purchase. Once you've selected a meal, the corresponding day will turn green to indicate that it is now in your basket. If you mistakenly clicked a particular menu day, clicking it a second time will return it to the original yellow color, indicating that it has been removed from your basket.

To switch between children (where applicable) or select a different menu type (i.e. Standard Menu or Vegetarian Menu), use the dropdown menus above the calendar.

The icon indicates that the cut-off deadline has already passed for that day and a late charge will be applied at checkout. Cut-off deadlines and late fees are specific to the caterer. To find out more, see the Late Orders section of our Help page.

Checkout

After you've selected the meals that you'd like to purchase, navigate to the Checkout page. Once there, your order summary will appear on the left. If a late-fee was incurred, it will be reflected here.

To complete your order, enter your credit card information, or pay using a saved card. If you'd like to save a card for future use, after you've entered the information, check the box called 'Remember Card' below the form. Saved cards can also be removed by clicking Manage Saved Cards under Account.

After you've completed the checkout process, the days you've already paid for will be blue on the menu calendar to indicate that they have already been purchased.


Meal Cancellation

If you change your mind about a day that's already been purchased, return to the Menu Calendar and click on the day you'd like to cancel. A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to cancel that day - click OK. The calendar day you've cancelled will change from blue back to yellow, indicating that cancellation was processed and your account credited.
Please note: we do not offer refunds. However, if the day is outside of the cut-off deadline set by the caterer, the amount of the meal will be automatically credited to your account for future meals. For more information, please see our Refund Policy page.
